With over 20 years of Human Resource experience, Parul is dedicated to fostering high-performing teams and implementing innovative HR strategies that drive rapid business growth and empower employees. She excels at cultivating a positive global remote work culture that enables success for both individuals and the organization.
Parul’s executive leadership skills have been instrumental in solving complex business challenges in dynamic environments. These include navigating international mergers and acquisitions and rapidly scaling teams to meet evolving business needs. Her passion for the future of HR is evident in her commitment to driving positive change and creating an inclusive and supportive work environment.
Before joining Calix in 2021, Parul was the Vice President of Human Resources for Global R&D, IT, and Marketing and Business Development at Cadence Design Systems, where she developed and led impactful HR programs.
Parul holds a bachelor's degree in microbiology from the University of Delhi and an MBA from the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development in Pune, India. Her diverse educational background and global experience uniquely position her to lead HR transformations that align with strategic business objectives.
